Job Description:
A skilled Quantity Surveyor is required. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project costs, preparing estimates, evaluating tenders, and ensuring financial efficiency in projects. The role involves working closely with project managers and project coordinators to deliver construction works within budget and time constraints.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documents.
- Monitor project budgets and track variations.

Ensure compliance with contractual and legal requirements.

Provide accurate financial reports to management.
Qualifications:

Degree in Civil Engineering.

Professional experience in quantity surveying, cost estimation, or construction project management.

Knowledge of construction contracts (FIDIC or equivalent preferred).

Proficiency in estimation and project management software (AutoCAD, MS Project, or similar).

Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
